What are you doing on a daily basis to make yourself happy? If not daily, weekly? If not weekly, then we need to work on making ourselves happy!
How often do you blame other people for your unhappiness? If we can practice deep self-reflection and self-awareness, we will recognize that our attitude and happiness is completely within our control. What can you do or think about right now that will make you happy? Sometimes, the smaller the better- the smell of food, a skyline or ocean view, green grass, playing outside, "wasting time" with our family, friends, and loved ones.
