Ask yourself:

  1. How often do you think about the things you are most grateful for in your life?
  2. How often do you appreciate the small things in life (smell of freshly cut grass, beautiful sky, sunset, spending time with family and friends, etc.)?
  3. Reflect on these things right now.

How do you feel?

Appreciating the small things makes our days seem longer, richer, and more fulfilling. It can make problems that would normally ruin our day seem trivial, and make those regular moments seem special every single time.
