overview

A Mastermind Group is a group of highly motivated students who want to develop their leadership skills and pursue excellence in their academics, extracurriculars, relationships, and personal growth.

The 220 Mastermind Leadership Program is the answer to helping you develop the leadership skills to maximize your potential, achieve challenging goals, and positively influence your peers.

Through six live video calls with Joseph Moheban (220YL Founder), Trae Heeter (Hamilton Southeastern Teacher and Football & Basketball Coach), and your Mastermind group, you'll learn our Leadership Through Achievement framework using 220 Tools, positive videos and media, and group discussions.

MASTERMIND LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

“One lesson that will stick to me is, nothing is unrealistic, we can accomplish anything if we set our minds to it and work hard for our goals.” -220YL Student

WHY LEARN FROM 220?

  • We created our programs to teach students the psychology, tools, and skills that are practiced by some of the highest performing individuals in the world
  • Our programs are based on the support and guidance that we felt was missing from our high school and college leadership development programs
  • At 27 and 25 years old, we’re able to connect with students better than traditional outside programs

READY TO GET STARTED?

"Making the idea of setting and achieving a goal becoming a process- and a simple process." -220 YL Student
