Thank you for signing your contract- here is what happens next for your district.
You made a strong choice for your students. Now our implementation team will get to work so you and your staff have what you need to easily run 220. This page shows you the road ahead. Feel free to share it with your team so everyone starts on the same page.
1. Welcome Email
Your welcome email and onboarding form are on the way
You will receive a welcome email from 220 Youth Leadership soon. The district leader over your 220 rollout should complete the onboarding form, since it sets the direction for everything next. Please fill it out as soon as possible. The sooner we have it, the sooner we can start planning your launch.
2. Onboarding Meeting
Schedule your onboarding meeting with our team
After you send the form back, we invite you to book your onboarding meeting. This is where we align on your goals, set your rollout timeline, and answer your questions. Please invite the district leader, building leader(s), and any teachers who will be using 220 this semester so the whole team hears the plan and leaves on the same page. If someone can’t attend, no problem—we’ll share the recording afterward
3. Setup and Teacher Training
We set it all up with you, tailored to your district
From here, we handle the setup. Your teachers begin self-paced training, we build your implementation plan around your timeline, and we set up your student accounts. Your team leaves ready to go, and your students start building real-world skills.
