This section applies to visitors to the 220 Youth Leadership website and to individuals who engage with 220 through marketing, informational, or pre-contractual interactions. It does not govern student use of 220 services or school-implemented programs, which are addressed under separate written agreements.
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website located at https://www.220leadership.com (the “Site”), operated by 220 Youth Leadership, LLC (“220,” “we,” “us”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site provides general information about 220 Youth Leadership, its programs, and related resources. The Site does not constitute a contractual agreement for services unless expressly stated in writing. - Ownership and Intellectual Property

This section applies only to customers implementing 220 Youth Leadership services with students under a written agreement. It is provided for informational purposes only. Student data use, privacy, and security obligations are governed exclusively by the applicable contract between 220 Youth Leadership and the contracting school, district, or authorized intermediary. In the event of any conflict, the contract controls.
Role and authority
For student data processed as part of a school-, district-, or intermediary-implemented program:
– The contracting institution remains the data controller.
– 220 Youth Leadership, LLC acts as a service provider and processes student data solely to deliver contracted services.
Student data scope
Student data processed by 220 may include:
– Institution-provided student identifiers
– Course participation and completion information
– Assessment and progress data
– Limited metadata required to operate the platform
220 does not require or collect sensitive personal information unless authorized by the contracting institution.
Use limitations
Student data is used only to:
– Deliver educational services under contract
– Support program administration and reporting
– Maintain platform functionality and security
Student data is not:
– Sold, licensed, or monetized
– Used for marketing or advertising
– Used to build profiles unrelated to service delivery
Access and provisioning
Student access is provisioned under institutional authorization. 220 does not independently solicit student accounts.
Security posture
220 applies commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate for a web-based education platform.
Retention and deletion
Student data is retained only for the duration necessary to deliver services or as directed by the contracting institution, subject to legal requirements.
Compliance alignment
220 supports compliance with applicable student data privacy laws, including FERPA, as applicable to services delivered under customer agreements.
