We provide districts and after-school programs with flexible mini-courses that build real-world skills while covering Indiana diploma-aligned needs.
Our self-paced skill development courses in Leadership, Resume and Interview, Workforce, and Entrepreneurship typically take 10 to 12 hours. We also offer standards-aligned mini-courses in Personal Finance, Computing Foundations, and Preparing for College and Careers that run about 20 to 25 hours.
Schools use these courses for fast delivery that isn’t tied to seat time, readiness support, expedited diploma coverage, and as a bridge into work-based learning. Districts implement them in a variety of ways—including the Dyad model, advisory or homeroom blocks, credit recovery or advancement, and to fill schedule gaps around midterms.
